ABOUT US

Smith Waters is a firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in property management. As members of both ARMA and RICS we are a professional organisation with a high quality portfolio of properties. We operate within a small geographical area, principally Belgravia, Chelsea and Mayfair. Our managements range from small prestigious blocks to large blocks of various sized flats.

Smith Waters have a great deal of experience and knowledge and look to provide a good day to day management service with a sound long term overview. We are able to provide continuity, personal contact, a high level of service and are well versed in the complexities of residential management. Our central location means we are able to provide a prompt response to any on site property issues.

Smith Waters was established in 1979 by partners John A.E. Smith and Richard Waters and in 2010 became a Limited Liability Partnership. The two partners are both members of RICS and John Smith is also a Chartered Secretary. We are very much a family firm with three associates who are family members who together have over 50 years’ management experience.
